Matsudo Dog Run

Today, being another glorious autumn day, Shin deceided to take us to a new dog run on the other side of Tokyo. When we arrived at Matsudo Dog Run we were happy to find it was fairly large and clean. There were three dog runs next to each other, one for big dogs, another for medium dogs and the last one for small dogs. Being medium sized dogs we let Jazz and Dixie loose in the middle dog run. At first they had it all to themselves but were soon joined by a very energetic Basset Hound and a Toy Poodle. After those two left, another Beagle arrived, a nine month old little girl who wanted to play with Jazz and Dixie. Soon after another two more Beagles arrived - one an eight month old boy and the other a 2 month old girl. Dixie played with the boy beagle for a while and Jazz growled at him to keep his distance. The 2 month old lemon beagle was the sweetest little dog you could ever imagine. We never saw Jazz and Dixie that young as they were almost 5 months when we got them. She was so full of energy and very friendly. The weather was perfect (17 degrees and sunny) and the girls had a great time exploring a new dog run and meeting some new friends.

Beagles must be very popular. I guess that's because they are so pretty.

Looks like an awesome park - I was also going to ask whether Beagles were popular in Japan!!

We've given you an award too - check out River's blog.

Hi guys! Thanks for visiting my blog - you live so far from the US, in Japan!!!
My sister Chloe loves to see other beagles and we are going to visit your blog often.

Wowzers, you girls have the coolest outings! What a fun park - and you met more Beagles! Mom thinks that little baby is "sooooooooooo cute!" Not as cute as you, but very cute!
I'll bet you had a great time!
